Justin Shmalberg and Danielle Jonas founded Natural Pet Outfitters with the vision of offering the finest pet foods to customers via an innovative home delivery service. The journey began in Lawrence, KS with a delivery service and retail store in the local downtown district. After 2 years working in Kansas, the couple sadly left the business in an attempt to establish a similar concept in Madison, WI where they had long hoped to relocate with their four dogs (2 Ridgebacks and two Weimaraners). Justin now attends veterinary school at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in addition to serving customers through consulting, diet formulation, and deliveries. Danielle is largely responsible for the day-to-day operations of the business and you'll probably catch her on the phone when you call! No matter who answers, the staff at Natural Pet Outfitters is always happy to hear about your pets and your goals for outfitting your pet the natural way!
